Compassionate psychiatric care from your trusted providers in Plymouth and Commerce, Michigan.
Mental health challenges can affect every aspect of life, from relationships to work performance to daily wellness. At Momentum Mental Health, we understand that effective psychiatric care requires more than just quickly prescribing medication. It requires listening, understanding your unique circumstances, and building a treatment plan that actually fits your life.
Our focus is exclusively on medication management. This allows us to go deeper, stay curious, and provide the kind of specialized attention that broader practices often cannot. We serve adults throughout Plymouth and surrounding communities, with particular expertise supporting first responders, athletes, and individuals exploring alternatives to traditional psychiatric approaches.
All are welcome here. We are committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care that is welcoming to everyone, grounded in respect, collaboration, and genuine curiosity about each person’s lived experience.
To meet every individual where they are and help them build forward progress, at their own pace, in their own way.
We emphasize careful evaluation, coordination with other providers when clinically appropriate, and a commitment to prescribing or de-prescribing thoughtfully. We take the time to understand the patterns, habits, and environments that shape mental health, because sustainable improvement often comes from addressing the full picture of a person's life.
Two experienced psychiatric providers, one collaborative approach.
Board-Certified Physician Assistant | Psychiatry Focus | 6 Years of Experience | Accepts Insurance | In-Person + Telehealth
Finding a mental health provider who makes you feel heard is an important part of the healing process. I believe patients deserve a space where they can openly share their experiences without judgment and feel like they have a voice in their care.
Understanding why people think, feel, and respond the way they do has always fascinated me, but even more meaningful to me is being able to walk alongside patients as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward healing and growth. As a physician assistant, I was intentional about choosing psychiatry because it allows me to combine the science of medicine with the human connection of mental health care. I value being able to treat the whole person, using both clinical knowledge and empathy to support patients through complex and often deeply personal challenges.
Over the past six years, my experience working more closely with therapists has shaped my approach even further. When providers communicate and align around a shared treatment plan, patients benefit from more cohesive, effective treatment. That realization led to the next step: building a practice that brings this collaboration to life. By working directly within established therapy clinics, I’m able to provide accessible medication management to patients who are already engaged in therapy, creating a more seamless, integrated care experience.
My goal is simple: to create a space where patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their path forward. Come as you are, and we will work through it together.
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner | RN, MSN, PMHNP-BC | Accepts Insurance | In-Person + Telehealth
Witnessing the human condition as a nurse for over twenty-five years was an enormous privilege and a driver for me to become a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Finding providers who see our uniqueness and want to work with us to meet our individual goals can prove challenging and sometimes disheartening. Though complex and diverse as a group, we all share the simple need to be heard. My goal in becoming a psychiatric and mental health provider is to provide a space where people feel heard, have access to the vital information needed to make decisions about their well-being, and trust that the information they are receiving is based on quality evidence and experience.
Feeling our best requires support and collaboration, access and information, as well as guidance. You are an expert on you; I will listen to your story and provide individualized guidance from my expertise as a mental health provider. Medications are one of the many tools we have to achieve a sense of well-being, and I am experienced in making medication decisions ranging from starting new medications, adjusting medications, managing complex combinations, to de-prescribing medications. I am an integrative provider, which means I am also interested in looking at your mind/body and your life as a whole and working with you to make impactful changes for the better.

Yes, de-prescribing is one of our specialties. We carefully review your current medication regimen and work with you to find the most effective treatment with the least medication burden. Every patient should understand exactly what they are taking and why, and we move at your pace and comfort level throughout the process.
Yes, we have particular experience serving first responders and athletes who face unique mental health challenges and performance considerations. Our treatment approach takes into account the specific stressors and demands of these roles.
During your initial consultation, we will discuss your mental health history, past medical history, social history, family history, current symptoms, medications, and treatment goals. The first visit must be completed in person. Follow-up appointments may be in person or via telehealth depending on your provider's clinical judgment.
Yes. We provide respectful, professional medication management for LGBTQ+ patients and all individuals seeking mental health support. Our role is to understand your symptoms, treatment goals, and overall well-being, not to judge your identity, relationships, or lived experience. We aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can speak openly and receive thoughtful psychiatric care.
Yes, we can evaluate and treat ADHD when it is clinically appropriate. We take a careful, evidence-informed approach and do not assume that every difficulty with focus is ADHD. Because attention concerns can overlap with anxiety, depression, sleep problems, trauma, stress, and other conditions, appropriate testing or documentation may be required before medication is considered. Patients being treated for ADHD are also encouraged to work with a therapist as part of a more complete care plan.
Our practice primarily focuses on adult psychiatric medication management. Children and adolescents may be considered only in select cases, typically by direct referral and when they are already established with a therapist or appropriate mental health support. Because younger patients often need a broader care team, we review these requests on a case-by-case basis to determine whether our practice is the right fit.
